Using the message shortcut

Right-click any message → More message shortcuts → Summarize thread → optionally check Deep analysis → Submit.

The summary uses a structured format: 📱 overview → numbered sections per topic → ✅ closing takeaway.

Use your language Ask in Vietnamese → reply in Vietnamese. Ask in English → reply in English.
Mention time ranges "last 7 days", "this week", "last month" — the agent will filter accordingly.
Paste Slack URLs directly The agent reads that exact thread — no need to describe it.
"This channel" works No need to know channel IDs — just say "this channel" or "#channel-name".
Deep mode for thorough analysis Add -d to /summarize, or check Deep analysis in the message shortcut.
Policy answer incomplete? Contact HR — the agent only answers what's in the official documents.
Can't read a private channel? Add the bot to the channel first, then ask again.
